Welcome to the Programme

This Programme is about helping you to find out more about what stress is, what it does to you and finding ways in which to manage your own stress. This programme is a taste of on-line learning and you are welcome to work through it at your leisure.

Simply click on each section of the navigator in the left hand column in turn and this will take you through the programme. You will be asked to think about things and to write things down - and you can do this by typing your thoughts into a Word programme or writing it down on a pad of paper.

The button which says About You is a registration form for our use - we need to see how many people are using the programme and if you do care to leave your contact details we can keep you informed of new programmes you may be interested in. Please don't worry - you details will not get recorded anywhere or be passed on to any one.
